Condo asking prices by area, lowest first
Areas with fewer than 3 condominium listings are left out because a median of so few units is not reliable.
| Area | Condos for sale | Median asking price |
|---|---|---|
| Puteri Harbour | 3 | RM 400,000 |
| Tebrau | 3 | RM 405,000 |
| Forest City | 17 | RM 408,000 |
| Iskandar Puteri | 9 | RM 430,000 |
| Medini | 4 | RM 440,000 |
| Danga Bay | 17 | RM 515,000 |
| Johor Bahru City Centre | 21 | RM 800,000 |
| Near CIQ & RTS Link | 16 | RM 834,000 |
A lower price is not automatically better value
- Compare size and price per square foot, not only the total price.
- Check tenure (freehold or leasehold) and the age of the project.
- Check maintenance fees, facilities and how far you are from work or the checkpoint.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cheapest area the best place to buy?
Not necessarily. Price reflects location, age, size and facilities. Compare similar units and think about how you will use the home.
Are these the prices homes actually sell for?
No. They are asking prices from live listings. The final price is agreed between buyer and seller and may be different.
Sources and method
Figures come from the property listings published on benfooproperty.com on 7 November 2026, refreshed daily. They are asking prices and asking rents set by owners, not sale prices, and medians are used so a few very high or low prices do not distort the result. Loan examples use the stated assumptions and are not a bank offer. Written and reviewed by Ben Foo, registered estate negotiator (REN 33376), PropNex Realty Sdn.
